The Crescent Shopping Centre is the biggest and most successful shopping complex outside of Dublin.

The Centre has 88 tenants which include well know brands such as Next, Zara, H&M, HMV, River Island, Monsoon, Vero Moda, Jack and Jones, Adams, Top Shop, A-Wear, Body Shop, sports shops Elvery’s and Lifestyle, Specsavers opticians, McCabe pharmacy, Budget Travel and Falcon Travel

The Management of the Crescent sought to enhance the offers and value available in the stores and looked to MobaNode to provide a solution. MobaNode created a "Mobile Shopper" application, which was deployed via bluetooth in 3 "Bluetooth Zones" within the Centre. Launched in early September, the "Mobile Shopper" was well received, with an average acceptance rate of roughly 16%
